„We had the most wonderful stay at this cabin for our book retreat! Check-in was seamless and stress-free, which set the tone for a relaxing getaway. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We especially loved spending time in the pool and hot tub. This cabin exceeded our expectations and made our retreat truly special. „My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Downtown Carriage House. The property is centrally located and easy to walk to the Art Park, downtown shops and restaurants. The property was clean and well equipped. Definitely recommend for a weekend stay in Charlottesville.“

„Beautiful BRAND NEW lil cabin. Smelling fresh outdoors as good as it smells fresh and inviting inside. Definitely enough room for 2 adults and a couple or few kids. Not far from things, but definitely not a place to just run out for milk or butter, so get everything you need on your grocery trip. There is 100% privacy from anyone and the world back in the woods... with the cutest back yard and the deere grazing unbothered while you sip your coffee. It was PEACE.“

„Everything was as described in listing. Beautiful property both inside and out. My family & I enjoyed the stay. Water was a little cool for us in September but our pup thoroughly enjoyed the river as well. The sound of the running water is very peaceful. The only suggestion I would make is adding a television in the master suite (personal preference) and add a few more towels & wash cloths. Great home. I highly recommend.“

„Beautiful, comfortable, clean, peaceful... Sarah is a perfect host, responsive but never intrusive. The cabin is just as described and the generosity of its provisioning is above and beyond other places. We took food for breakfast and dinner which allowed us to savor that porch morning and evening. The walking trails are great. The privacy is total. Perfect for people like us who love the Blue Ridge mountains and look for such seclusion but need (in our 70's) comfort too.“

"Positiv: Valet Parking Team toller Einsatz, Service und Speisen in der Sportsbar Negativ: Verhalten der Rezeption beim Empfang. Danach hätten wir schon Abreisen können. So ein Umgang mit einem Kunden geht gar nicht! Sauberkeit: Haare der Vormieter in der Dusche. Schimmel ebenfalls in der Dusche Türe am Balkon war nicht gangbar und konnte nicht verschlossen werden. Frühstücksservice. Es ist scheinbar ein Fehler ein Frühstück hier zu buchen. Es hat lange gedauert bis wir klären konnten, dass 20 Dollar angerechnet werden bei einer Bestellung. Ein Frühstück ist dafür aber nahezu mit Steuern nicht zu erwerben in diesem versnobten Haus (Kaffee, 2 Toast mit Marmelade, 2 Eier und ein Orangensaft, was wir als normales Frühstück beschreiben würden, geht nicht). Kaffee dann kalt und abgestanden. Bedienung max. unfreundlich "

"Das Inn ist wirklich schön - schon in der Lobby sitzt man toll. Das Personal sehr freundlich, besonders beim Frühstück freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind gut , haben eine schöne große Dusche und Sitzmöglichkeit. Mittags gibt es Tee mit Keksen und in der Lobby steht den ganzen Tag Kaffee bereit. Der Bus in die Stadt hält wenige Schritte entfernt und ist kostenlos! Alles TOP"
