„Nice view of the river. I arrived at night and was a little disappointed I could not really see the river however the river is just not lit up very well in this area. In the morning it was beautiful view of the river. We enjoyed a cup of coffee on the balcony looking over the courtyard at the river. Would stay again if ever in the area again.“

„This property was extremely disappointing. I know they are working on updating free property but the rugs were stained. The towels were STAINED. I expect nice clean non stained towels. I asked for a no smoking room a d I believe it was an old smoking room by the door where people smoke.“

„We were a bit underwhelmed by the property. It was a bit more run down then we expected. Not sure what the issue was but there was police presence when we got there, which was concerning. And not that it was the property’s fault but some of the guests were a bit noisy late at night. It was fine for one night and served it’s purpose, we were only there to sleep.“

„The staff was great, the property not so much. Bathroom did not have a toilet paper holder, and the bathroom sink had no stopper to allow filling the sink to shave. The listing did not have the address or phone number for the property nor did it include directions to get there .“

The location cannot be beat - you get the best of both worlds being minutes away the heart of Edgartown yet tucked into Katama's peaceful, natural tranquility. „The cottage was exactly as described, very clean and had great beach access! The host was very responsive and gave us some good ideas of things to do in the area. You have the amenities you need to cook meals and even items to use on the beach, which was incredibly helpful, as we had flown in from Texas. I would absolutely stay here again!“
