„This house is not your ordinary house! It is a delightful combination of cabin and modern. „My extended Family of 18-adults and 3-children had a great stay at this magnificent home. The location was great for all the outdoor activities that we were interested in. A bonus was the wildlife, a Bull Elk in the velvet, Wild Turkeys and lots of birds. This house included lots of amenities, pool table, basketball, yard games, wonderful Gazebo with swings. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend it for any large family gathering, wedding venue, etc. “

„This property was just what we needed to prepare for our family reunion. The hostess was so kind to work with our schedule. The large fridge and freezer were great to store food, and the nice kitchen and counterspace to prep our food for the reunion. „Very clean home with attention to detail in cleaning. Quiet neighborhood close to a lot of things. Because there is no AC it doesn get pretty warm up stairs during the day. Kitchen was well stocked with the basic needs for cooking and eating but it would have been nice to have a bigger pot and pan to cook meals with. Owners were extremely responsive and had great communication. Definitely would stay here again.“

„This was a great house to get all the kids and grandkids together for my husbands 70th B'day. We used the media room to show a slideshow of 70 years of memories. This was one of the favorite activities for all. The sound system and large screen really enhanced this experience. There is plenty of room and some really unique gathering places to reconnect with family. The kitchen and dining room area was our main gathering place. „I liked having two king bedrooms with private baths “

„We loved the charm of this place but it had one little issue that was beyond anyone's control. The AC motor went out and was not available locally. This of course was in the 95-100 degree part of summer so our room was 88 degrees. We had to check out and get a hotel but the owners graciously refunded us our money. We will book again for our next trip to Ogden. “

„We enjoyed a family reunion at this property. It was large enough for all 25 of us to sleep comfortably. The house is big and unique! We enjoyed playing games around the large table and watching movies in the movie theater room. The yard was big and fun for the kids to run around and play in. “

"We booked well in advance and only found out at check-in that the elevator was out of service. Despite this, the front desk assigned us a room on the 4th floor. My 70-year-old mother was expected to carry her luggage upstairs – unacceptable. Only after insisting did we get a room on the 2nd floor. The hotel is clearly in need of renovation. Paint is worn, fixtures outdated – and it's the first hotel we've ever seen with EXIT signs installed at floor level. While this may be intended for visibility in case of smoke during a fire, it's also a clear indicator of how the building is aging. Pros: Clean, quiet room. Cons: Poor communication, lack of empathy, and an overall feeling that guests with special needs are not considered."
