„The property was well maintained and decorated in a cozy and comfortable manor. Location was perfect! Easy route to downtown or UNI, butost importantly - walking distance to my daughter's house. Accomodations were perfect for our 5 adults and two kids. Upstairs with the two double beds was perfect for the family. We will definitely choose to stay here again the next time we visit.“

„We had a wonderful day! It was a lovely March day in the 70s and we spent the afternoon outside on the picnic table watching the river and all the birds!! The house and the grounds are lovely. I’d highly recommend it to anyone.“

„This property is a dream! Lovely heritage home. Beautiful 4 bedrooms. Roomy kitchen and dining room for meals and playing games. Deck and yard are great for hanging outand letting the kids run. Appreciated the easy communication with the owner!“

„We stayed here June 2-6, 2025 during our kids' sports competition. The house has everything you need for your stay. It was very clean and tidy when we arrived. The backyard by the river is awesome for relaxing and grilling after a long day at the field. The kids loved the game room upstairs to unwind. The upstairs rooms had portable ac units in each room so you could set the temp to your preference. Plenty of room for our family of 4 one teenager and one almost teenager. Could easily ...

„This property is ideal in that it is clean and safe and so close to downtown, however the dryer was broken and I didn't find that out until I had two loads of wet clothes, so that was a negative. Overall though I will be returning because it is such a cozy, clean, and updated spot. The gated parking is a clear pro.“

„We had a wonderful stay at this at the house. We loved being in a wooded area by the river. The screened-in patio overlooking the water was the perfect place to relax with a morning coffee or evening conversation. We especially loved gathering around the fire pit, reminiscing under the stars—it created such a cozy and memorable atmosphere. This home is ideal for get-togethers, with just the right balance of comfort and nature. We would definitely return!“
