„Reise ohne Haustiere“

„My experience was highly unsatisfactory. Despite booking and paying for two rooms, we were relocated to a different property and provided with only one room, requiring four adults to share a cramped space. This disruptive change was communicated to me just two hours prior to check-in. The actual room and property were completely different and inferior to the advertised images, leading me to believe this is a recurring issue for guests.“

„Sehr modernes Hotel.

„The stay was very good . Rooms were very spacious . Hall ,2 bedrooms, kitchen , dining and balcony . But only one bathroom and that too with poor drainage. The only issue was about the kitchen sink and bathroom tub drainage . Water was not going through only it got accumulating. We did mail to the property manager but were disappointed by them for not taking timely action. “

„Hotel all Good but wifi not working“

„We did not get the hotel we were supposed to have. The address was bad. Not easy to locate. The host was not being helpful apart from telling us there is are two garrages. We went round and round till we requested for the host to come to us. Finally we got to the place but no beds for us. After a tired flight we were taken to another hotel. Cant recommend this hotel unless they change the way they direct people“

„The apartment is very comfortable with everything needed for a good stay. It is like living in the neighborhood. Really neat place and excellent service by the host. Also household essentials are there and it is very well equipped.“

„The aprtment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Last minute we required an extension to our booking which they easily sorted for us.“

„Comfortable“

„There was a suite flat above a restaurant, and the smell of food could be felt throughout the unit and was annoying. During the day, the suite was like a steam sauna because it was all windows and above the roof. Despite two small air conditioners and a fan, it was unbearable. However, the view from the room was incredibly beautiful and tempting. There was no shampoo and the unit was full of insects coming from the lake because there was no fan and you had to keep the window open all the time. ...

„The room and the kitchen were clean, bathroom was also nice“
