Each morning I walked to the nearby cafe for coffee, then across the street to the bench overlooking the ocean. „We loved our stay at this cute bungalow near Kilauea Volcano. It had a sweet mountain cabin feel with all the amenities you’d need. The grounds are well kept and nice for a short early morning stroll. The bungalow is a 5 min drive away from Volcano visitor center too!“

„What a unique place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed this location. It is a very private location in the middle of dense vegitation. We slept so well here listening to the sounds of the forest. The location makes for a great base to explore Volcanoes NP.“

„Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gefallen. Dies lag vor allem daran, dass man mitten in der Natur ist und es einfach total grün ist. Der Garten ist sehr schön. Die Terasse ist klasse, dort kann man super essen, während Vögel und Geckos da sind. Zu erwähnen ist auch, dass es nachts Geräusche durch Frösche gibt, was wir klasse fanden, aber sehr laut ist und es dahwr ggf Personen geben könnte, die dies stört. Einziger negativer Punkt: es ist nichts fußläufig oder schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen, wenn ...

„Nettes kleines Zimmer, direkt am Meer gelegen. Man hört den ganzen Tag das Rauschen der Brandung. Auf dem Balkon kann man abends nur mit sehr viel Mückenspray sitzen. Es gibt keine Herdplatte sondern nur eine Mikrowelle zum kochen. Leider hat das Zimmer keine Klimaanlage, dafür einen großen Ventilator der sehr laut ist. Ohne den Ventilator ist leider kein Schlaf möglich,weil es schwül warm in dem Zimmer wird.“

„Was a great place to stay. BBQ was nice, fireplace was nice, cool furniture etc, thoughtful stuff like towel warmers etc. hot tub was a little murky when we got there but a person came and fixed it for us. “
