„The house was fine. We always appreciate a place to get away and relax but we experienced some surprises that we weren't expecting. The listing for the VRBO was deceiving as it states there are 4 bedrooms but, in reality, there are 3 bedrooms and an additional space at the top of the stairs with a fold out foam cushion (kinda like a loft area) counted as the 4th bedroom. The number of guests it sleeps is also conflicting. Some areas of the listing states 10 guests and other areas state 12 ...

I am expecting a refund in 5 to 7 business days, which, while I understand the bank process, I find unacceptable since I was charged without my knowledge or consent. I hope and suspect this was a simple mistake—beware and check the charges would be my only caution.“

„The cottage had all the amenities that were listed. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room to spread out. It was centrally located to shop, restaurants, UNM hospital, & doctors offices. The area isn't the greatest but we felt safe & secure with the fence & locks. I will be sure to rent this lovely home when we need to go to Albuquerque again. “
