„Modern apartment, near the beach, cleaned when I checked in“

„Wonderful stay, the property is really great, there is security guard at the door opening for all guests. Every single one is super polite. Easy to rent bike around, easy access to the beach and everything. Kiddy pool was a blast, sauna was cool too. We utilized all the amenities offered. The apartment itself is clean and appliances are nice. We like the fact there is a washing machine onsite. Cute decoration!“

„This property should not be listed on expedia. I found out this is not a hotel but each room owned by different owners. They did not have check in instructions and they dont have a front desk for any help. I never got to check in. There is a contact phone number that does not answer. Thankfully expedia relocation team got me another place to stay but this was a total disaster. Expedia please delist The Song as more people like me will have to suffer.“

"Lifeguards sind nicht gut ausgestattet. Bei einem Notfall gab es keinen Beatmungsbeutel, kein AED, kein Sauerstoff. Hier hätte ich von einem 5-Sterne-Hotel besseres Equipment für einen Notfall erwartet. Am Strand waren gerade Umbauarbeiten, das war schade. Das Personal in dem Residence-Tower war nicht besonders freundlich. Das Hotel konnte keinen Roller zur Miete organisieren. Die Hotelanlage selbst war sehr schön, sauber und bis auf die Baustelle am Strand in top Zustand."
