„Nicely appointed, very clean unit was perfect for my husband and me. We were able to walk for coffee, food, shopping, and the parking spot made it easy to come and go. While there is an air conditioner, it needed fan help to get the cool air into the bedroom. Temps were in the 80s and 90s outside, so it's probably a non-issue most of the year.“

„This was a lovely but very tiny house. Although the listing is very clear we underestimate the space we would need for two adults, an adult-sized teen, and a dog. Our fault we felt cramped! The location was perfect and we think it would be the perfect space for a couple and even a family with a smaller kiddo. It was cool and comfortable and met all our needs. “
