„Poor communication“

„We did not enjoy our stay here. We could not get hold of reception to ask questions about our check-in and had to call over and over before we finally managed to get hold of them. We got married the night before and were staying here as a relaxing end to our wedding weekend. On checkin the lady said "I believe congratulations are in order! We have put a few small things in your room for you :)" and we said "aww that is so lovely of you!" And she smiled. We didn't expect anything at all, but this ...

„Wir konnten etwas länger im Zimmer bleiben ohne eine Aufzahlung“

„Sehr gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Stadtmitte fußläufig erreichbar. Möblierung im Bad ziemlich abgenutzt. Kein Zimmer-Upgrade, Flasche Wein auf dem Zimmer erst auf Anfrage.“

„Everything you need is available in the appartment plus a big balcony with secure fly screens, the car can be parked for free in the basement, easily accessible “

„We stayed for a week. The place has certainly seem it's best years, however is was clean and comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to make everyone happy. Our appartment was right next to the elevator but it was quite all the time. A private washing machine was a huge bonus for us, the kitchen was well equipped. We would certainly stay again.“

„Schneller freundlicher Check Inn 2 Pub in der Nähe.... Für 1 Nacht gebucht“

„Some kitchen equipment needs to looked at.“
