„We loved the place! Will definitely come back!“

„When we first entered our room, we thought it was great. Then as we started unpacking we noticed how dirty things were. Our daughter was going to sleep on the pull out sofa and there was popcorn and other food chunks in the sofa bed. We tried to make up the bed and there were no linens available. Called 3 times before we got anything. Ended up with 2 sets of sheets, 6 pillowcases, no pillows,and no blankets. Remotes didn't have batteries, so we had to call and get some. „I traveled with my husband and 5 kids (18,16,2, 11 month twins) and this place was perfect for us. It was plenty of room and we didn't feel smothered. The washer and dryer was a great accommodation as well as the pots and pans. We planned on cooking most of our meals to save money, so that was helpful. The staff was attentive and quick when we needed more towels and trash bags. It is a little outdated, but I noticed that most of the places we went to were pretty outdated. The check in was in a ...

„Exceeded my expectations! The charming log cabin had a hot tub on the back deck, wood burning fireplace, plenty of firewood, pet friendly, hiking trails around lakes within 5 miles, and of course Downtown Eureka Springs less than 10 minutes away! Staff were exceptional! They are environmentally friendly and make it easy to recycle. The room was very clean and the provided coffee was delicious! This was our first visit, but won’t be our last!“
