"Zimmer sauber und ausreichend groß. Nur die Klimaanlage war sehr laut. Zimmerservice wird nur auf Anforderung gemacht. Lage ist sehr gut. 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Metro, Supermarkt und kleine Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Umgebung ist sehr entspannt und angenehm."

"Für ein Hyatt eher bescheiden, ein bisschen wie gewollt, aber nicht gekonnt, auf den ersten Blick sehr schick, auf den zweiten Blick aber mit Mängeln. So wurde das Zimmer erst am zweiten Tag und auf Nachfrage gereinigt und auch nur oberflächlich... Frühstück war ok, amerikanischer Standard. Die Lage ist aber als Ausgangspunkt sehr gut, Washington per naheliegender Metro sehr gut zu erreichen. Umgebung sehr schön, mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und Kneipen, auch diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden."
