On the second day of my vacation, I encountered a major problem with my rental car. Since my English isn't strong enough for complicated phone calls, I would have been completely lost without help. ALICIA and CHRISTY went above and beyond by taking over the entire organization. They handled all the phone calls with the rental agency, arranged for a replacement, and were even personally present during the car handover to ensure everything went smoothly. Without their warm and dedicated support, my holiday would have been ruined. I cannot thank them enough from the bottom of my heart.
