"Das Motel liegt etwas abgelegen von Antigonish, ca. 7 km. Sehr nettes Personal. Die Dame beim Check in war ausgesprochen nett. Ich bekam für wenig Geld ein Upgrade, wobei die Möbel auch hier etwas veraltet sind. Direkt gegenüber einen gutes Steak Restaurant."

"We were on family trip (3 adults) staying two nights to visit Cap Breton. The Inn was chosen because of convenient location and good ratings. First, the two bedroom appartment is NOT part of the main building, but separate in the basement of a nearby one-family house. We arrived late in the dark after a long travel. Reception was closed, so we phoned owner and were given check-in details and a photo of the premises (which was of little use in the dark). But finally we found the appartment. When entering the appartment we were greeted by a an strong kitchen smell; if you like Indian curry, you might not be disturbed by this. We were. The heating in the bedrooms was switched off and no instruction could be found how to switch them on. So we slept in our cloths for the first night. When taking a seat at the kitchen table one of us nearly broke down because of the condition of the chair. We reported this next morning during breakfast (which was really good) and were asked to call the owner later to discuss. We did so and basically the solution was that the owner removed the chair and switched on the heating for us, so when we returned it was like a sauna. We finally figured out how to operate the heating ourself. As an overall experience, this is not what we expected. Probably we were too demanding, but we felt that the price would justify a decent level of comfort. So, while we can not judge on the other rooms, we would not recommed the two bedroom appartment. "
