„The beds were extremely comfortable. The facilities were beyond our expectations! I was concerned about the parking at first since it’s run through Park mobile and not the hotel but there were plenty of spaces and it wa easy to arrange for parking. Every time I reached out for assistance or with questions I got thorough answers quickly. Amazing find near DC. I will never stay in DC again. This will be our new go to place to stay.“

„I had a great stay at this location. The property was accurate as described and the photos were also accurate. The communication with the owner was very smooth and expedient. The location of the house is because it is in walking distance of many restaurants and shopping locations. We had no trouble finding Street parking. The AC unit is a little loud, but it works well. „We took our daughter and her friend to a concert in DC. This location was perfect. Loved that there was a driveway and private back area to relax, though it was far too hot to enjoy it. The back area could use some TLC, but since it was too hot to really spend much time back there, it didn't impact us. The home pretty much had everything you need. We were able to walk to the metro. Record highs and the a/c worked excellent! We will stay here again!“

„This was a great space to stay. Enjoyed the balcony, plenty of space, nice amenities in the space. A few random things needed attention, like the hand towel rack infalling off the wall. But i get a short term rental will have these things and sometimes a chaos gremlin stays in the place. Overall, wonderful place. Good location. “

„The property was perfect for our family. We were allowed to check in early and communication responses from the owner was always quick. Great location, within walking distance to groceries (Whole Foods), CVS, King St Metro, Old Town history, and restaurants. We walked everywhere as a family and felt safe day/night. Residence had everything to cook meals, entertainment with boardgames, TV, and bathroom amenities were great! When we come back to DC for another trip (you honestly can see everything ...
