„Overall this property served its purpose. The area was a little rough around the edges but the location was convenient for getting both to Berkeley and San Francisco. The property was is some need of repairs. The gas dryer was not connected to gas and didn’t have any heat, the kitchen was functional but some of the cabinets were falling apart. The beds were comfortable and the space was ample for our group of seven.“

The location of this place is very convenient as it is a 14 min drive from UC Berkeley. However, you won’t be able to walk from this place to Berkeley because you have to take a minor highway to get to the university. „My son and I stayed here because it was close to Northeastern University. I didn’t know what to expect. I will stay here anytime I plan a visit back. They were so kind to get us in an hour early when I called very last minute. The place is beautiful, spotless and roomy. I felt safe also. Even walked to dinner just a couple blocks away.
