Aparthotel in Fenghuang buchen

„Overall property great, staff on arrival for breakfast at door not very helpful with the broken coffee machine and my cup of coffee I tried making. By doing half her job caused an ateration with another customer over who's coffee was ready on the machine“

„Very clean room, excellent helpful owner who picked us up from bus station, close to ancient town.“

„This was a great property, clean and the staff were very helpful, giving tips on where to go and arranging tickets and a car to take us to the train station. The place was clean and well maintained. It was on the river and easy to get to and from the old town. Really a great place overall.“

„Good hotel“

„Large modern room with comfortable bed and separate bathtub & shower. Quiet location. Staff do not speak English, which is typical even for Western branded hotels in China. My room smelled a bit like sulfur, strongest near the toilet, but common areas did not. Air conditioner did not work. When reported to front desk, the complaint was met with a shrug. A bit of a walk from the historic area, but a gated walkway serves as a shortcut. “

„Everything was amazing. From the very first interaction to the very last farewell. The host always responds to my questions promptly. Provided assistance with transportation to and from train station. Had welcome drink and snacks for us. Room was spotless and very comfortable, location was awesome as well. Situation very close to the river. Short walk to everything. Would definitely recommend to others.“

„el baño de la habitación era muy feo y viejo al punto q decidimos de cambiar de hotel. el personal era correcto“

„Overall good “

„First off, the address is wrong. It directs you to JOMO hotel in another town that is not Fenghuang. We got in late at night and had to spend an hour sorting this out with our Taxi driver’s help. The hotel is right next to a nightclub so the music is blasting in your room. Don’t expect to get any sleep because it’s so loud that it almost feels like you are sleeping in a nightclub. This is not a 3.5 star hotel. I’m not sure how it got this rating. This definitely feels like a 1 star motel. ...

„Good location, friendly staff, easy to find delicious foods around the neighborhood“
