They also offered to have the place cleaned once we checked in and did offer late checkout as well as a courtesy due to some issues. Also, While I knew there was a spiral staircase, was not aware this was the only way downstairs, would have appreciated that mentioned in the listing. Due to security reasons they will not share the gate/door ...
