"Francesco couldn’t have been kinder. He gave us great recommendations of places to go, came every day to clean the pool and sweep the courtyard. The villa is a short and easy drive to Orvieto and lots of other pretty hilltop towns for coffee and pizza. Shops only 10 mins away for groceries. Tranquil and beautiful property."

"The pool area is exactly like the picture. A real oasis. This house is for those who like originality. Its layout is unusual and the deco is superbly personal. "Santa Maria is a stunning property in a beautiful & quiet location ideally situated for Orvieto. The apartment was comfortable & well equipped. The owners were most helpful & pleasant. We loved their collection of animals: 2 friendly dogs & an assortment of cats & peacocks. We also enjoyed being able to pick vegetables from the owner’s garden. The swimming pool was wonderful.
