No staff both in afternoon and in the evening, doors in front of hotel unlocked, and restaurant not opened and no one there even when hours posted otherwise. Room cards were on the counter with names and card numbers but no staff again. No lights in rooms or activity and overall a odd location. Das Serviceteam ist extrem freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Absolut sauberere Zimmer,sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sauberer Pool. Vielen fank auch an Andrea,der auch sehr gut Deutsch spricht“
