The villa comprises of an entrance hall on the ground floor that leads to a spacious and fully fitted kitchen, equipped with all necessary appliances, that opens onto a very comfortable and bright living / dining room area seating 6 people. The living room leads to a charming terrace with a dining table and a relaxing area - perfect to relax and savour great meals alfresco. A service toilet is located in the hallway.

On the upper floor, all three bedrooms offer their own bathrooms with shower cubicles, the bright master bedroom has a great king size bed while the others have a double bed. Two of the bedroom are served by a common outside veranda to sit out.

This townhouse is fully air conditioned.

Bed linen and bath towels are provided free of charge, as well as International TV channels and wifi.

The departure cleaning service on the amount of €80,00 is mandatory and will be charged on arrival in cash.

Beach / pool towels are provided at a surcharge of €6,00 each and payment in cash is due on arrival.

The city tax on the amount of €2,00 per person, per night (max of 7 nights) is due on arrival in cash.
