„Hotel liegt in Chinatown, nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit eine schlimme Ecke, tagsüber auch nicht angenehm. Zimmer abgewohnt. Nur kaltes Wasser im Bad für mehrere Tage. Service klappt nicht (Vorbestellung Taxi zum Airport und anderes), Abrechnung der Laundry war „leider“ deutlich falsch (zugunsten des Hotels). Unbedingt meiden.“

„The hotel is located in the heart of Chinatown, the Divisoria market and Santiago Fort are in walking distance. There are plenty choices for dining out. The hotel is huge, we even received a free upgrade to the Junior Suite on the 12th floor. Breakfast buffet is also big with enough choices. Unfortunately the Wifi was not always stable. The staff is great and always happy to help. “

„Strange entrance being joined to the mall, but a cool location! It's a nice safe place to visit Binondo and close to all the shopping areas. The room was quite big and had everything. The room layout felt like a big suite“

„Aufwendig renoviertes und als Hotel ausgebautes ehemaliges Offiziercasino der US Armee von 1913. Unsere Juniorsuite war sehr geräumig, vor allem das Badezimmer. Recht gut gelegen am Rizzal Park, der Abends sehr belebt ist, mit Street Food. Man sollte sich allerdings in der Umgebung an Einfachheit bis Armut einstellen, wenn man dort zu Fuß unterwegs ist, es war aber zu keiner Zeit bedrohlich.“

„Overall experience was good for 1st stay. Checkin was very easy even though I arrived close to 10pm. Staff is very friendly! The room is good size for what i needed. Not much to choose on tv. Their gym is very small, but i did get a decent workout in.nice pool with a good view.Close by walking is several fast food restaurant's and a 12 minute walk to the SM Mall is easy to do. Check out was fast and simple. I'll definitely stay again, because my main reason is the hotel is close walk to Florida ...

„Dies Unterkunft ist Mitten in der City von Manila. Zimmer wie Einrichtung entsprechend bloß den Philippinen stand. Preis sehr sehr sehr gut. Ich könnte noch viel mehr schreiben aber es muss jeder selbst Heraus finden “
