This bright apartment can accommodate 4 people.

It consists of:

- a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster etc...)
- a master bedroom with a 160 cm bed and storage space
- a bedroom with 2 single beds (0,90 cm)
- a bathroom
- a laundry room with washing machine
- an independent WC

🛌 The apartment has 2 spacious independent bedrooms.

⭐ Travel in comfort with the amenities present in this T3, such as a TV, kitchen equipment (Dolce Gusto coffee machine), high-speed wifi connection, bed linen and towels on arrival.

🔒 Following your reservation: In order to welcome you in a really nice place and to keep our apartment as beautiful as they are, a deposit on your credit card will be requested via a trusted partner "Swikly". After your booking confirmation, you will get an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification will assure us an amount in case something happens in the flat. Nothing will be blocked or taken from your account. Please note that without this deposit, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you, and your booking won't be refund. Nb: This deposit is also accepted by website.

🚗 You can easily park in the Residence or on the road in front.

💁♀️ We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation. We are in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests .
🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed and bathroom linen, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health safety regulations, bed and bathroom linens will be left on your bed.
🤝 This is a solidarity accommodation! The entire cost of cleaning is donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and solidarity cleaning).
🕰️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible up to 10:00 am. For late check-out, please contact us in advance. An additional charge of €24 incl. VAT applies in both cases.
