„This airport hotel is basically perfect for its purpose. You cannot hear the airport (or airport mall, for that matter) noises at all. And I say that as someone extremely vulnerable to sleep disruption from noise. "Schnelles Internet, nah an der Metro/Shinkansenstation (ideal für Tagesausflüge nach Kyoto, Hiroshima), sehr (!!!) tolles Frühstücksbuffet (haben uns abends schon immer auf den nächsten Morgen gefreut), sehr bequeme Betten und (ein persönliches Highlight): Schlafanzüge bzw. Loungewear!"

"Very new hotel with really nice furnishings. The room seemed clean at first, but when I looked closely at the floor, there were hairs in multiple areas of the room. The grey cement floor hid them well, though. But the room was unusually big for Japan and the bed was very comfortable and clean and everything smelled fresh. The location of the hotel is right next to Umeda Station, which sadly also means it’s in a very busy area. My room had no soundproofing and it was close to the street. I have a habit of wearing earplugs every single night without fail, and yet I could hear the honking of cars and the noise of the people outside even late at night. Breakfast is free, however, it’s really not much, only a selection of little croissants, pastries, and bread rolls, paired with butter and nothing else, but there is a konbini right downstairs. One can help themselves with good coffee, tea, and juices all day and night. Overall it was a good stay for me and I recommend it anyone not too sensitive to noise and who wants to be right in the center of Osaka."

"Für uns das perfekte Hotel für unsere Städtereise, kleines aber ausreichend großes Zimmer mit allem was dazugehört. Zimmerservice nur alle 3 Tage, es gab aber täglich neue Handtücher. Japanisch-lastiges Frühstück für umgerechnet rund 7,5 Taler ausreichend, wenngleich nicht vergleichbar mit deutschen Hotels. Hotel überall super sauber, Betten sehr bequem!"

"Das Hotel liegt sehr nah an einer U-Bahn Haltestelle. Die Gegend fühlt sich sicher an. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Bett und „Schlafcouch“. Dies war aber auch sehr bequem. Das Zimmer war sauber und nett aber sehr klein (wohl häufig in Japan). Zu zweit mit Koffern in dem Raum zu hantieren ist schwierig. Wir waren im 4. Stock, schöne Aussicht gab es keine, dafür war es sehr ruhig. "

Breakfast was "interesting": As a German we love bread and sausage for breakfast - that was not so much available. Therefore you got a lot of warm dishes (best takoyaki in osaka, potatoes, warm sausages, salads, rice, miso-soup, and so on. You find definitely something to eat. The menu is switching every day a little bit. I will definitely book again on the hotel."

"Hotel liegt nur wenige hundert Meter vom Ost Ausgang des Bahnhofs Shin Osaka entfernt und ist damit perfekt für Bahnreisen. Wie alle APA Hotels gibt es einen Onsen, der von den Gästen rege aufgesucht wurde. Zimmer landestypisch klein, aber Koffer hat unter dem Bett Platz."
