„Fantastic property“

„Great property! Clean and comfortable and decorated to help guests feel at home.10/10!“

„The ladies and I had a blast! Everything, absolutely everything we needed was in the house. There were even some spices we didn't have in the kitchen cupboards! I was impressed with how clean the house was. There was already fire wood to start a fire too. The ladies all had hot water to shower...there was 11 of us! We had so much fun finding our beds and touring the house. The woods were a blast to just walk through. We felt SAFE! Thank you again for being so welcoming and accommodating to the ...

„We loved are stay nice and clean not far to the lake just a beautiful area“

„Address number wasn't listed on the mailbox or house, so it was hard to know if we were at the right place. The entrance was poorly lit, under a dark deck, with no house number. Couch was old and stained and creamer was curdled. On a positive note the rest of the place was clean and the streaming services were easily accessible.“

„The Treehouse was such a nice getaway! Super quiet, deer to watch, birds to listen to and just so peaceful!! Also, so easy to access the lake and Eureka Springs! Great place to stay!“

„The whole trip was a success for my husband’s birthday and having such a great place with an amazing view made it that much better!!! Place is excellent all the way around 10/10 recommend! “

„We had such a lovely stay. Linda was attentive and helpful, and the location was great for visiting Bentonville and Eureka Springs. We especially loved the opportunity to experiment with painting with the paints and rocks provided at the cabin.“

„Had everything needed for a comfortable stay!“

„House worked for our large family reunion. 9 adults and 4 children ages 1-5. Had everything needed for the youngest (pack n play, high chair). Plenty of towels and kitchen was well stocked with appliances, cookware, utensils. Enjoyed the fire pit and making smores. The pool was a hit with everyone. We used it every day! The large porch area was very nice to sit a visit as well. Lots of outdoor chairs to use.“

„Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described! It was well-stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time away. The location was perfect-peaceful and surrounded by beautiful scenery, while still being a short drive to trails, golf, and nearby Bentonville. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Bella Vista!“
