Das Frühstück sollte 15 Minuten vor dem Erscheinen im Frühstücksraum telefonisch geordert werden.... und wurde nach Wunsch frisch serviert.“

„Owner is a disgrace cut the plug off the fire & hid thermostat so no heating available, cooker hob wouldn’t ignite so we couldn’t cook, 4yr old & 75yr old cold & no food, he wouldn’t reply to call:texts until 10.30om he said go buy matches he’d refund & cleaner hid thermostat as Chester 20 degrees & no heating needed (text in broken English) he text again 7am to offer £20 if we didn’t complain & said no heating needed as 20 / it was 16 & we needed to take the chill off as all windows had been ...
