There were other rooms rented, but they had their own private bathrooms. I didn’t realize we weren’t gonna have our own when I rented it. But we didn’t see anybody else on the floor where we were so we didn’t have to share bathrooms with anybody. But we did meet a lady downstairs the next morning who told us about the river. „We had a great stay at Tom's place! There was lots of space for our family to spread out, comfy beds, and a clean home. We loved being out in the country, yet still close enough to town to do all the things within a 15 minute drive! You can walk to the lovely river nearby or swing by and say hi to Tom & his sweet wife at their Bed & Breakfast on the property below! We loved visiting with them! We had such a fun getaway, we won't hesitate to stay here again in the future!“

„We have stayed at numerous private guest houses, throughout Europe and in the U.S., and April and Chucks place is one of the overall nicest by far! The location is superb for getting anywhere within the Eugene/Springfield area, as well as for doing day trips to some of the many scenic Oregon recreation areas. „Lots of room for the eight of us. Teens and adults enjoyed the ping pong, foosball, and darts. The kitchen was well stocked. Fun to take the trails along the river. Rose garden was beautiful. Only one tv and it’s small. We wanted to use our fire stick to watch the college World Series and that was challenging. Overall a great rental. We plan to try to book it again next year.“
