It's a bit off the beaten path (which is what we were looking for) - we all enjoyed the canoes/kayak, my boys brought their fishing stuff, and we all loved the porch and firepit. The house was very well stocked, making it easy to prepare a few meals in the kitchen/on the grill! „A train came past the house at 7am in the morning. There is no mention of early morning train activity in the description. The mattresses were extremely soft and the blankets were very thin…so we were chilly. The house is beautiful…just these details are something to consider.“

„We were in town for my son’s wedding . Donald agreed to let us have a meet and greet cookout at his cabin . The cabin was very well equipped for such an event . Kitchen was well stocked with platters, bowls of all sizes and plenty of pots and pan . There was even some things other guest’s left behind that saved us from yet another trip to Walmart . I can’t say enough about this property and the host Donald . I would recommend this cabin to everyone .“
