Prima Unterkunft mit Meerblick
Super Unterkunft mit viel Platz und schöner Außenanlage. Da sie für viele Personen gedacht ist, wären ein großer Topf und eine Pfanne mehr gut, ansonsten gab es auch an der Ausstattung nichts auszusetzen. Die Appartement-Baumaßnahmen jenseits der ruhigen angrenzenden Straße dürften vorübergehend sein und haben nicht gestört. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Fantastisch ausgestattete, helle, freundliche Villa
Nahezu perfekte Villa in ruhiger Lage etwas außerhalb von Estpona. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch für den größeren Einkauf sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist für 10 Personen optimal ausgerichtet. Vor Gebrauch des Kaffeevollautomaten sollte man allerdings nachgucken, ob die Maschine gereinigt wurde. Es gibt zwei große Kühlschränke, zwei Backöfen, eine Mikrowelle, einen Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine. In der riesigen Küche kann man mit mehreren Leuten gleichzeitig Vorbereitungen treffen, ohne sich auf den Füßen zu stehen. Die Zimmer sind sehr freundlich, hell und groß und verfügen über eine Klimaanlage. Für den Pool stehen 10 Liegen zur Verfügung, man muss sich also nicht am Vorabend eine reservieren :) Einzig der riesige Grill müsste mal repariert werden. Für uns (10 Erwachsene) war es ein perfekter Urlaub in einer (nahezu) perfekten Villa und hat sich unsere Weiterempfehlung mit der Bestwertung redlich verdient. Vielen Dank Sheena! Viele Grüße Frank

Beautiful Villa
Richard was quick to reply to my questions and very kind to let us have an early check in. The villa is stunning with tons of space and plenty of things to keep the kids busy. The villa is a ten minute drive from Estepona old town, which is beautiful, loved eating out there. Our only complaint would be the pool maintenance guy took a whole day to clean the pool. He left all the cleaning equipment in the pool and disappeared for the day. We mentioned it to Rebecca and she quickly chases him but he didn’t leave till 7pm, so the kids didn’t get to use the pool for a whole day. That would be our only complaint, but over all we had a wonderful time in the villa.

Excellent villa
A group of ladies stayed here to watch a golf event. Very convenient location, everything very close by. Supermarket, lovely little restaurant, beach etc. The Villa was the best I have ever stayed in, equipped with everything you can ever need, pool is awesome and such a lovely space to spend quality time with friends. Host very friendly and accessible. Will certainly stay here again.

Spectacular villa
The villa was even better than we hoped for. The garden and pool were perfect to play badminton, table tennis & basketball as well swimming. The kitchen was so well equipped & had everything we could possibly need. The brick barbecue was perfect for cooking chicken, prawns & burgers on. Bedrooms had been designed carefully with ample storage & hanging space. Location to local shops such as Aldi & a pharmacy were a bonus as only a 3 minute walk. Would highly recommend

Exceptional Villa
If you are looking for luxury in Estepona book this. Richard answered our many questions and sorted our Wi-Fi problems within 30 mins. Rebecca the housekeeper was super helpful and gave us quite a few different ideas for teenagers. All in all cannot recommend enough. Stunning setting and very quiet. Everything you could possibly want. We will return. 5**

Excellent villa in beautiful Estepona.
The whole family enjoyed their stay at the villa. Communication with the host and Rebecca on site was first rate. The villa was very well equipped and had everything we needed. Fabulous
From start to finish our experience was fabulous. Great communication with Richard, who allowed us to enter early on arrival. The instructions to access the Villa were clear and directions were spot on. The Villa is easy to find but difficult to leave as it has everything. Excellent space for 5 adults, using the four en-suite bedrooms meant no “sharing” required. Everything was clean and there was nothing missed as it was like a home from home. The kitchen facilities were great and the sun room onto the garden was where we spent most of our time. Richard , thank you so much for your Villa, it’s on our list of “definitely come here again”!

Fantastic Villa
We had a fabulous week here at Villa Paz, the Villa, pool, games for the children were fantastic. There's an Aldi 5 mins walk away which was very handy. Not much else around so we had taxis in to Estepona cost around 7 Euros. The beach was about a 15 min walk but the sand was so hot we couldn't stand it for very long! We would definitely recommend staying in this Villa, it's beautiful!

Family Holiday at Villa Paz.
Beautiful well equipped villa, ideal for our family, with 5 bedrooms Lovely pool which was cleaned regularly, with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas, as well as inflatables for our two little grand children under 5. Swing ball and badminton for the adults. Set on an exclusive development, where all properties were individually designed., just to the west of Estepona. A car is essential, as just off a dual carriageway partially without pavements, and not viable to walk around the coast. one minor snag, which wouldn't impact on everyone was the poor tv reception, which in fairness Richard did his best to help us rectify. Indeed on the very few occasions we needed to make contact, advice was immediate. The dogs continually barking next door, was a bit of a nuisance, but didn't impact on us too much, and certainly outside of Richard's control.Overall Villa Paz provided us with a wonderful setting and a holiday which our 3 generations will long remember. Many thanks !!!

Great Property
Had a fabulous 2 weeks staying at Villa Paz. The Villa is really well provisioned and very comfortable. It’s location is ideal, being within a walking distance of a small supermarket and an easy taxi ride to the marina and old town. Richard is a great host and answered our questions really helpfully.

Lovely villa
The villa has superb facilities both inside and outside although, while the excellent pool has steps down in, the depth is 1.5 metres at the shallow end. The range and quality of equipment provision is second to none. Richard the owner was very accommodating and flexible during the +2 pandemic years since we originally booked the villa up until we finally arrived. Every member of my extended family had a brilliant stay after a very long wait. We would strongly recommend the villa and will have no hesitation in returning.

A real gem!
We had a great holiday with our extended family at Villa Paz. The property was spotlessly clean and just as described providing ample room for the whole family. 4 en-suite bathrooms felt a real luxury. The kitchen was very well equipped and the two property contacts were extremely helpful. The pool area was well used and the young children in particular enjoyed it. There is lots to do in the area and beaches and supermarkets very close at hand whilst feeling calm and peaceful at the urbanisation. Richard was very helpful with answers to queries prior to the holiday. Would thoroughly recommend. Thank you.

Family Reunion
We loved our stay at La Gaspara! The home was clean, exactly as listed and well suited for our family reunion. Close to Estepona which we love! We also took day trips to Cordoba, Ronda, Grenada, Cadiz and Marbella —- this was a great place to be central to all! We would definitely recommend this to others, especially large groups!

Fantastic, modern and spacious villa
Villa Paz is a fantastic modern and spacious villa. It was perfect for our two families, sleeping all 10 of us comfortably. All the bedrooms had lovely en-suite bathrooms, ample wardrobe space and air conditioning. Kitchen was really well kitted out with everything from dishwasher to coffee machine and the second fridge/freezer in the utility area came in very useful. The lounge was excellent, plenty of seating for everyone and BBC TV! We loved the BBQ and used it most nights.The garden and pool were clean and the outside table was big enough to sit all 10 of us for dinner. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this villa.

Very nice villa with alot of space.
Would recomend to stay here. Very nice villa and garden. All you need outside and inside of equipment. Two families with kids from 4 to 12 enjoyed our stay very much. Good size on the pool. Walking distance to supermarket and local restaurant. Must try the local restaurant La Cosina. A bit far to walk to estepona for the youngest but easy to get taxi. Aprox 10€ each way.

We had a great time at the villa, it was very clean, well equipped, spacious and bright. A well maintained property just off the A.7 great for Estapona & Dequesa, I would recommend this villa having stayed in quite a few different Villa's up and down the coast, in recent years.

Very nice house
We spent some days with my family, the house was in perfect condition and the pool and garden were fantastic. We only had some trouble with the wifi, because it wasn’t strong enough for all the people in the house. The cleaning of the fridge and oven could have been better on our arrival, but overall the house had everything we needed. I’m very happy with our stay and would definetly recommend it.

Perfect
House and pool were perfect. The house is just outside of the main town of Estapona but only 2 minutes there by car. It's a great place with an amazing pool. The house is in a development but is very very quiet and totally private. You would never know you were staying in a busy tourist spot so it gives you the best of both worlds. First Class Villa
Our stay in Villa Paz was everything we hoped for. The best villa we have stayed in on the Costa del Sol. Lovely and quiet. Still less than 10 euro in a taxi from busy Estepona. Great appliances - the kitchen is a cooks dream (it even has a Sieman's coffee machine for your morning holiday latté!), comfortable beds, fab seating areas, modern luxury bathrooms. Richard and Sheena were a pleasure to deal with. The perfect place for a family get together or a group of friends who want to hang out.
