The open-plan living space is filled with natural light, with direct balcony access for morning coffee overlooking the Mediterranean. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and a coffee machine, and the bathroom has a walk-in shower and washing machine. WiFi and air conditioning included. Children under 12 are not permitted. Parking is shared and first-come, first-served.

Entry is permitted with a valid access key. No wristbands or additional passes are needed.



Bookings in this property are only available to guests aged 25 and above.

Children of age 12 and above can be accepted only if accompanied with their parents.

Smoking is not allowed.

Pets are not allowed.

Parties/events are not allowed.

Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00

Children under 12 years old are not permitted at this property



Please note, keys need to be collected from our office - Avenida Puerto del Mar 60, 29680, Estepona and returned on check-out.



💄👟 Please Be Kind to Our Towels! 🤍



Our towels love drying guests after a refreshing shower... but they're not designed for removing makeup or cleaning shoes! 😊



Please help us keep them fresh and fluffy by avoiding using them for makeup removal or shoe cleaning.



Unfortunately, makeup stains and shoe marks often cannot be removed during laundering. Towels that are permanently damaged have to be replaced, and the cost of replacement may be charged to guests.
