We were given a very nice condo with a very short walk to the beach. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The restaurant and beach bar being close was also very night. Overall it was well worth the money we paid.

Point pleasant has been our vacation destination for about 10 years now. We love everything about it. The staff especially, and those that work at Sun and Sea and Lion fish as well. Our condo and the property and staff were amazing. We had a wonderful time. We also recommend renting the dinghy boats next to the condo. My husband and I rented a 15ft and it handled wonderfully. We snorkled at John and it was wonderful.

The condo was just as described—phenomenal view, nicely appointed, clean and having the beach equipment was a huge plus! Sapphire Beach is a great area—beautiful beach & fun restaurants very close by. Sudi’s restaurant is on site & food everywhere was excellent.

We were without power (at least 3-5 hrs on 3 days and one day was 18hrs) 4 out of 6 days. One small flashlight, NO generator.
