„Percy's place was amazing. It is located in a beautiful residential area in a very quiet neighborhood. It has a great screened in back porch with very nice furniture. The house was equipped with everything you need to cook meals in the oversized kitchen. The rest of the house was also well stocked with essentials so there was no need to rush to the store. If I ever need to rent a home in that area again, I will definitely check this house first. Thank you Percy for making our stay so ...

„The host was wonderful to work with. She communicated promptly and answered kindly to any questions I had. She was very accommodating. Everything that I needed was available, coffee, towels, and travel sizes of shampoo & conditioner as well as a toothbrush and toothpaste! I was very happy with the cleanliness too. I will definitely be staying here again if I am back in the area. “

„Very clean and the King bed was very comfortable.“

„The property is in a nice location. However, upon our arrival at 4:30 p.m. the house was not clean at all (dirty bathroom, wash cloths, towels, dirty sheets, unmade bed, trash on table, etc.). It took me 2-3 hours to get in contact with our host and had to contact VRBO direct to help try and resolve. The cleaners finally showed up at 8:30 p.m. to clean the house, we missed time with family & friends that we traveled hours to see for a wedding because of dealing with this "Unclean" House.“

„We rented this home while attending a wedding at High Grove Estate, and it served its primary purpose well—it provided a convenient place to stay close to the venue. The location was ideal and the home had enough space for our group. However, I would encourage future guests to read the previous reviews carefully, as we found them to be accurate. The pillows and towels provided were very limited and not particularly comfortable, so bringing your own is a good idea if possible. We also noticed that ...

„Immaculate home with style and unique decorative touches. We particularly liked the kitchen island and the dining table with their mill sawn wood planks. A well appointed kitchen with utensils, plates, pots/pans, and appliancesfornthose who want to cook-in Very comfortable beds and spacious interior for three adults in the home. The queen air mattress for our third adult was thoughtfully setup in a corner of the livingroom and made welcome with linens, a light quilt, and blanket. Great air ...

„From booking the stay to leaving this wonderful home everything was a breeze! The neighborhood is very quiet; there are lots of deer and squirrels! When we were there, it was quite cold by Florida standards, but the home is only about a half mile walk to many restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped but there are so many great restaurants to choose from we went out every night for dinner. The bed was super comfortable and while it was just the two of us a family or two other couples could also ...

„House was clean. Nice quiet neighborhood. Very close to downtown shops and mall. Communication with host was excellent. Driveway was a little on the rough side. Would definitely stay again.“

„Adorable, well-located house on a quiet street. Very comfortable beds, too!Bradley was easy to contact throughout our trip. Definitely recommend.“

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider renting this home again! The neighborhood is beautiful, peaceful, and felt incredibly safe. The highlight was easily the amazing lake view. We made full use of the amenities—swimming in both the lake and the community pool, using the fitness trail, and walking around the area, which was all exceptionally clean. Our only minor note for improvement would be a bit better maintenance on the exterior of the house, but overall, it was a ...
