The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 140 m² contemporary house with swimming pool for rent in Ergué-Gabéric, 25 minutes' drive from the beach. It can accommodate up to 7 people. It has a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). There is also a garden of around 500 m²! Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor
- A 65 m² living room with sofa, armchair, TV, table football and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, dining area and access to the swimming pool

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) with TV
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: single bed (90×190) with 5 m² balcony and book + games for children aged 2 to 6 years old
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

Outside :
- A private, heated swimming pool (7x3.5), secured by an electric cover and open from 30 April to 30 September. Inflatable games available.
- A lovely, enclosed, private garden of 500 m², facing south.
- A large main terrace of 60 m² surrounding the house
- An 18 m² terrace by the pool, equipped with furniture (dining table, deckchairs, garden furniture, barbecue, etc.), ideal for enjoying the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Ergué-Gabéric, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are nearby, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars (le cellier de l'Odet), the market, bakeries, mini-markets, chemists, etc.

Activities:
- Forêt du Stangala: A wonderful walk or cycle ride awaits you, whether you're on your own or with the family.
- Sports facilities: Take advantage of the artificial football pitch, skatepark, basketball and tennis courts, as well as a playground.
- Concert Hall (L'Athena): Daily entertainment for children and evening shows during the summer.
- Festivals: Attend numerous events such as Les fêtes de Cornouaille in July in Quimper, Les fêtes every Friday evening in Bénodet, Les vieilles charrues in Carhaix... The inter-celtic festival in Lorient (30 min by road on the expressway)

- There is a bus stop at the bottom of the accommodation. Quimper-Lestonan bus

- Bed linen and towels included
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use (empty the dishwasher, defrost the freezer, turn off the lights, take out the rubbish).
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. The owners' cat will remain in the vicinity of the property.
- Please do not access the garage.
- The property is strictly non-smoking
- Events such as parties, hen and stag nights are strictly forbidden. Please do not create any noise nuisance in order to respect the neighbourhood and the peace and quiet of the area.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. The opening dates of the swimming pool are non-contractual and subject to change. Subject to favourable weather conditions
