„The condo accomodations were nice except for the couch which was hard and uncomfortable. The fact that both restaurants were under rennovations at the same time was amazing. One elevator was out of service causing backups. The lobby area was just bleak and cold, Our overall impression is that the facility is no longer a top line property and is enjoying life off of it's earlier reputation when it was new. And yet for this "exceptional" facility, it and privately own condos don't have any problem ...

The property was well appointed and the communication from the owner was the best of any that we've experience staying in VRBO properties. We'll stay here again if our travels take us back to Tacoma.“
