„Die einzelne Häuser mitten in dem liebevoll gepflegten Dschungel haben uns sehr beeindruckt. Die Fotos im Internet werden dem nicht gerecht. Die sehr offen und luftig eingerichteten Zimmer laden zum relaxen und wohlfühlen mitten in der Natur ein. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und überaus freundlich. Frühstück und Abendessen im Restaurant war ein traumhaftes Erlebnis an schön eingedeckten Tischen unter Palmen, Bananenpflanzen, am Bachlauf, blühenden Büschen....Wir fühlten uns in der Malakai ...

„The property is beautiful and serene, the front desk staff need a little more training as instead of checking for my bookings first asked me to prove that I had booked and paid online. In fact they assured me that I would be put out as all rooms were filled up, when I asked to talk to their manager is when they looked and found my name actually on the list. Otherwise my stay was lovely, I will go again with family n friends.“

„als Unterkunft für Gäste völlig (!) daneben. Man bekommt ein Zimmer mit Bett und (Plumbs)Klo - das ist soweit ja gut. Aber man müsste vorher die Gäste schon darüber infomieren, dass es nur Gemeinschaftsessen gibt. Bei uns gab es kein Essen - wir mussten die Leute bitten, dass sie uns was abgeben. Frühstück gab es gar nicht und überhaupt wurde uns nicht gesagt wie das alles da abläuft. Für einen "Selbstfindungsaufenthalt" sicherlich OK - definitiv NICHT geeignet um Gäste aufzunehmen.“

„We had a lovely 5-day Christmas getaway at Buvi Lodge. The staff was kind, the place was clean, and the rooms were beautiful. Food was reasonably priced and yummy. We really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere so much. The only negative was that because of the solar power, we couldn’t get a hot bath unless the sun was shining (I was really looking forward to hot baths, but did enjoy only one). Also, upon checkout, there was some confusion around our receipt that took some time to sort out. Next time ...

„This home was very well equipped - gas stove, pots and pans, fridge and freezer, electric kettle, hot water heater. Some kinks to work out such as guard dogs out at night so we couldn’t venture out of the house after a certain time and locked gate so we couldn’t leave unless we called the housekeeper. Housekeeper was available by phone/WhatsApp very consistently so there were no problems. We thoroughly enjoyed a family get away with easy day trips into entebbe to swim and do an airport drop off. ...

„Excellent service, but it is outside of Entebbe, and the internet is very poor. The host is amiable and goes over and beyond to make his customer comfortable. The problem is you can spend a long time getting there, and a taxi asks 90 dollars to drop you off. Beautiful place overall“
