„The Mountain House is one of the most well thought out, well appointed location I've ever rented! The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, spies and all of the necessities needed to make a home cooked meal. The house layout was terrific. The sitting room in the front of the house was comfortable, a long with the main living room. The hot tub was amazing; private backyard made sitting outside delightful at the table and chairs. Comfortable bedding, soft towels and the whole flow of this house ...

The view was amazing especially at sunrise. We had one minor hiccup. We accidentally set off the smoke dectors and couldn't shut them off. Called Josie and she was over to help us out immediately. We were sad to leave but if our lives ever take us back to Alburgh, VT we will definitely rent this beautiful house again.“

We used the kayaks extensively and were able to go across to some of the other islands.The house itself is comfortable, plenty of room and all the basic things you'd need for a vacation.This was an awesome central location for exploring the islands. We found good food, nice walking trails, and natural attractions.We're considering booking with the same house ...

„Clean home. Great view of the lake from the wrap-around deck. Wonderful protected cove for swimming, boating & kayaking. Nice large outdoor grill. A few dimmers on the overhead light fixtures would enhance the home nicely. Recommend highly !“
