Dear Colin,Thank you for your patience while we conducted a thorough investigation into the matter you brought to our attention regarding the possibility of bed bugs in the room you stayed in at Belmore Court & Motel. We undertook an immediate investigation of the room you stayed in and then, as I explained to you, instructed Rentokil to investigate independently and that would take a number of days.I want to be unequivocal in stating that, based on the comprehensive report from our trusted Pest Control partner, Rentokil, there is definitive evidence that the room you occupied had no bed bugs. I had previously shared the initial findings with you, and now, with the final report in hand, the results are consistent: there were no traces of an infestation. I have now provided you with definitive proof that there were no pests in your room.While we appreciate all feedback and take every allegation seriously, it's crucial to ensure that information shared is accurate and based on facts. Our reputation is built on the trust and satisfaction of our guests, and we go to great lengths to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. We would prefer that if guests have any issues during their stay that they bring them to our attention rather than a day or so after they depart so that we have an opportunity to investigate at the time and fix is required.If you still have concerns, I encourage you to review the evidence and the professional findings provided. Hi.Thanks for the review.We are NOT a four-star hotel, but we are 4-star Motel and Guest accommodation.The town centre location is perfect for the guests who wish to access the many pubs and restaurants nearby.Hope this makes things cleaer.

Hi LoriThanks for the review and feedback.Our Standard Rooms are perfect for those guests on a budget. It clearly states most of these rooms require stair access.The rooms are in a converted terrace of house so sometimes space is limited.Apologies is this was an issue.Our Superior & Executive rooms are larger and in the newer building and many be more suitable for you with a lift to all levels.Hopefully you’ll come back and check those out.
