„We stayed with another family and had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the hot tub (especially while watching it snow!) and the bunkroom was perfect. The adults spent our time in the downstairs TV room watching football, where there was plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable.“

The shower was nice but the bathmat was stained from water that repeatedly soaked it from the water that leaked from the door. It had a nice covered front porch to sit on but it was questionable if you wanted to use it. One example was a man yelling as he walked with a long stick hitting signs and posts as he brisky walked up the street. It had a coffee pot but only 2 cups that held hot liquid and did not leak. ...

Unit is old, poorly renovated and bare bones furnishings. We quickly discovered the place had not been cleaned since the last occupancy … dusty furniture, stagnant water in the bathroom sink which had an inoperable drain, and dirty sheets on the bed with undeniable evidence too gross to mention. There was also a very noticeable stench of marijuana ...

The hosts were very easy to work with gave plenty of information listed expectations and allowed us to have a very nice stay in Tipp. Will stay there again next time we come through Dayton. “

We enjoyed evening walks around the house and sitting on the deck in the sunshine. Basil was a great host and was responsive when we had questions.
