„The property was absolutely perfect for our trip. We were in town for a two day tarpon fishing trip down road in Boca Grande. Little house with 3 bedrooms located almost in the middle of island between beach and bay. 2 min walk to each. Very clean , and comfy. Parking was tight but no big deal. Highly recommend if you need an affordable place and you don’t have to be on beach or bay front.“

„My husband and I spent 40 nights at this cottage. We had an overall good experience. This quaint old place was clean with the exception of a few ants. The appliances, including air conditioning (and heat) all worked. The unit had some broken blinds in the smaller bedroom. I mentioned this via text to our host Allen when we first arrived. He responded that the property manager Olivia was probably aware. We purchased a shower curtain and tacked it up so our guests had privacy. The road is very ...

„The access of the beach and the dock make this a very special spot. We had a great stay and will definitely be back. Our kids loved the paddle boards on the beach, which was never crowded. The a/c worked great too which was another big plus! We saw bunnies every morning from the porch. I would recommend!“

„Enjoyed our weeks in Florida. We liked that the house was so close to the beach. Manasota beech is beautiful. The house is truly old Florida charm with the bright colors on the walls and beachy decor. We had some trouble with the lock- getting into the house. Peter was attentive and got the neighbor to help us. He also got the problem resolved in a reasonable time. Englewood is easy to navigate to go to retail stores and restaurants. Played pickleball on a beautiful public complex.“
