„The property is beautiful, but our stay was deeply disappointing and, after approximately 40 years of travelling in Italy, the worst we have experienced there. The service was poor and the property felt disorganised. The owner rarely acknowledged guests, but readily lectured them, made loud phone calls near guest rooms and crossed supposedly private terraces. „It was very nice room and view“

„Very clean and convenient!“

„Fantastic spot right next to the Roman theater and forum. Excellent accomodations and nice collaboration with Michele the bakery. Highly recommend!“

„Ganz schlecht organisiert. Falsches Zimmer bekommen. Zu wenig Liegestühle am Pool. Zu wenig Tücher für die Spa.“

„There was minimal contact with staff and very few directions or instructions for room access and other hotel features. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The lights in the hallways were almost always off. Had to use the mobile phone flashlight on one occasion.“

„We have arrived late night and did not get a chance to explore, but staff waited for us us until late, made us feel home, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of accommodation Next time we shall definitely explore more. Thank you so much for“

„camera e struttura pulitissima e ordinata. bella zona esterna“

„The room was ok. I didn’t expect a shared common area and the included breakfast was off site. When asked about holding my bags while I explored on the day of checkout, I was only offered an exposed area to all guests. I didn’t feel safe leaving my things there. The owner was nice though!“

„We came in October for one night so the pool and hot tub were closed. But this was ok and we enjoyed our short stay. Thank you.“

„Struttura posta in un luogo estremamente rilassante.“

„Restaurant vraiment tres bon. “

„My worst hotel experience, avoid this place.“
