„Despite the room being a non smoking room the smell of stale smoke was unbearable. Despite complaining and asking to move rooms, the solution was to give me some room spray that failed to mask the smell and just made it worse… As I result I barely slept and I have gone to office the next day exhausted and smelling of stale smoke. “

The staff members were excellent, being centrally located, the hotel is easily accessible from any part of town and ideal for people visiting the nearby universities like the Leicester university.
