This block is perfectly located to take advantage of the best that Encounter Bay has to offer the beach is short, flat walk to the end of the street, the lake with its own public beach and park is just a few hundred metres away, and the hidden wetland walks of Encounter Waters are a few mins walk on the other side of the street. There are also multiple cafes within walking distance one on the lake and three on Franklin Parade (just off Tabernacle).

And best of all is the virtually brand new, three-bedroom, 2-bathroom house! As you walk in the front door, there is a small lounge on the right-hand side which is a delightful nook for quiet reading or watching TV. Next is the main bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite. The other two bedrooms are to the rear of the house with a three-way bathroom between them (separate shower and bath, separate toilet and separate vanity).

The open plan kitchen and dining/living area open out onto a large undercover patio. The kitchen has a double door fridge, a dishwasher, microwave and a breakfast bar that seats three.

There is ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the house. There is a double garage available for guest use and a wide concrete driveway so bring the boat! The Encounter Bay boat ramp is only a few minutes' drive away, so this is a perfect location for the avid boatie!
