„Although we arrived late, the house was clearly marked. All was very nice and comfortable. Our only regret was that we did not have time to enjoy the deck. Lovely views, whether for watching the sunrise 🌄 with your coffee, or wine in the evening . We highly recommend this property for a visit to the Finger lakes “

„After a lonng trip out the (well maintained) dirt road, we found the house. Fully updated, very clean and tastefully decorated. Lovely stay. No traffic sounds or street lights. It was wonderful and exactly what we were looking for. Thank you.“

„A weekend away! Great location to wineries, breweries, restaurants, and the lakes. Nice and quiet property. Comfy bed. Only area of improvement would be their AC unit. A mini split may have worked better to keep the unit cooler. I would also say the property needs to be sprayed for insects. We saw a few large spiders during our stay. Overall great weekend away. Tammy was so hospitable and easy to work with! “

„The property was nice and comfortable. Fairly close to places we wanted to go. Fenced in backyard for our dogs. Michael gave us some tips on navigating popular spots. We had internet/tv issues so movies and football were nearly impossible to watch. Micheal tried to remedy it. Cell service also spotty here. “

„The property is a great home base for accessing Watkins Glen and the Seneca Lake wine trail. It was clean and comfortable for our family, and the hot tub was a nice bonus after a day of hiking. Would definitely recommend this place for exploring the area. “

„We stayed for an extended weekend and had access to wineries, museums, and waterfalls that were all within a reasonable distance and made for a nice drive. Overall, it was a good experience and the owners checked in with us when we forgot to message that we arrived. They were super nice and accommodated our special requests! „It was our 4th time at Brian's place on Lamoka Lake, We had a good time, as usual. Lots of small fish from the dock but no big ones this year. The cottage was clean and functional with no problems. And we got good use out of the new grill. Brian was a good host, as he always is. We expect to be back again next year.“

„View of the lake is amazing. However, the main road runs down the hill from the unit, so there will be traffic noise all the time. The unpaved driveway to the unit could be challenging for some vehicles. The unit is well appointed, well stocked kitchen, nice bathrooms and a comfortable bed. The couches were uncomfortable and could be updated. The owners live below the unit. Cindy and Ed were very friendly and even left some tasty local craft beer in celebration of our anniversary!
