„Very Comfortable with a well appointed Kitchen. Excellent view of Hood Canal and occasional glimpses of mountains through the fog and clouds. Would recommend visiting the Union Visitor Center for good information about the sites and activities in the area. We enjoyed a few hikes to waterfalls and dinner of Oysters and Dungenese crabs. „The property was lovely with beautiful views of the water. It was very private and perfect for a weekend getaway. The only hiccup was the WiFi. It was too weak to make it through a movie using either our computers or their own ROKU system. Loading was slow. They need to up their WiFi strength and put in extenders so that you can use the WiFi in the back bedroom. Otherwise are stay was perfect.“

„Everything about the listing was accurate. It is cozy, quiet and peaceful. I could walk up the road towards a dead end with my dogs and also down to Hoodsport from the cabin. There is a bit of noise from the highway up above the property, but really only in front of the house. The babbling creek was what was heard from the house and back area over the creek. „We have stayed at several properties on the hood canal and all agree that this is the one we will return to. The home is vibrantly decorated, accentuating the endless views through the doors and windows, well appointed with everything we needed, and spacious enough to accommodate 6 adults and a small dog. „Beautiful home!!! Very spacious for the 3 of us. Nice and quiet neighborhood. 8 minute drive to every shop/store your heart desires. We enjoyed our stay. If I have a similar event some time down thr road, I hope this place will be avaliable because im booking it guarantee! Oh and 1 more thing, its the small thing. Appreciate how after a long, hottt day, it was nice to check in and the house was nice and cool. AC was on and it felt like paradise lol. Thank You!!!!!!!!!!“

„It was awesome. Secluded yet not too far from town and my son who lives in Shelton. It was great to take a walk to the shore which was an adventure walk with blackberries and sweetpeas. The high tide and low tides were an adventure especially as it was full moon. The surprise on the last few days was the view of Mt. Rainer. „This property is absolutely amazing. The view of Lake Cushman, the quiet, the lake access. All of it is top tier. When we travel, we pick the place based on the view and access to the water, not too much on the amenities (except when we travel to warmer climates we always make sure there is AC). „This home was beautiful. We loved the cozyness of it. Beds are very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. The view was everything. We even got to see an Orca swim by. Highly recommend. MP“

„Clean, pleasant, full of thoughtful essentials and handy household items, really nice. Very pleased. My only suggestion is to tell guests your driveway is AT the intersection where the road splits. Both of us drove right past it, even with GPS guidance. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend to others. “
