„This cabin is perfect for a small family with a car. It’s in the middle of everything. It’s a basic house but has everything you need- nice hot shower, cooking utensils, camp fire, etc. I still dream of the naps we had on the sofa. The surroundings are peaceful with lots of deer strolling by. “

„This quaint stay was everything we needed for our trip to MDI. Becka was a wonderful host (as was her angelic dog, Cayenne), and we loved the rustic setting. The rental was well and thoughtfully stocked. The outdoor shower was so enjoyable, serenaded by the nearby apiary. Even the early bird rooster made us laugh. Would happily stay again.“

„What a fantastic place to get away and lose yourself. Nature everywhere and so many windows to see all of its beauty. As for the cabin, it's eclectic collection of knick knacks and warm decor of true Maine woods made it all feel like home. "Wir waren drei Nächte im Juli dort und hatten ein großes Zimmer in der 2. Etage. Das Hotel hat einen großen Parkplatz und eine Laundry mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern war für uns sehr wichtig war. Zudem gab es einen Frühstücksraum mit einer Aussenterrasse (war jedoch ungepflegt und wir von keinem benutzt). Jedoch gibt es keinen Aufzug und daher muss man die Koffer enge Treppen hoch schleppen. Das Zimmer hatte eine Pantry und ein schönes Bad. Insgesamt war das Zimmer schön und sauber. Das Frühstück hat uns weder geschmeckt (nur abgepackte Lebensmittel) noch war der Frühstücksraum ansprechend. Deshalb haben wir nicht mehr dort gegessen. Das Hotel diente uns als Ausgangspunkt für den Arcadia National Park. Es bekommt 3 von 5 Punkten von uns."
