„Room was very clean and had good features with exposed brick. It was a little smaller than anticipated but still plenty of room for us. Shower was small. Need some non-flavored coffee pods but that wasn’t really part of the rental. Nice place to stay if wanting to walk around downtown Elkin. Rail yard, Angry Trolls and Reeves Theater were easy to walk to.“

„The good: The property was very nice. The kitchen and seating area were roomy and well equipped. Beds were comfy. The bad: Ground floor does not mean no steps. The entrance is on the basement level, so a flight of stairs is required to get to the room. There is a side door on the ground level that can be used to exit, but it does not have a code device for re-entry. There is basically no parking (only 3 spots) at the facility, so parking is about 3 blocks away in the public lot by Town ...

„Just all around a great place to stay. Convenient to everything“

„The place is clean and beautiful, however the noise level was high. We were on the first floor. We could hear the footsteps of people above us and at one point a group came home late at night and woke us all up. The high vaulted ceilings echos the noise level. The host was attentive, the location was perfect close to the Raffaldini Vineyards and right in downtown Elkin. The price was good.“

„Randy is awesome!! The Town of Love Valley is one of a kind.. we stumbled upon it by accident when we booked the closest place to Emerald Hollow Gem Mine and it was such a pleasant surprise. It is a Western themed town, only horses allowed no vehicles. We had such a good time at the rodeo and horseback riding. The apartment was massive with five bedrooms and all the accommodations. „Quality mattress, bedding, & pillows (with bedding options in the closet.) Decor that inspires relaxation & calm. Along a quaint historical street with multiple stores & small cafes and taverns. Enjoyed our stay & will visit again on future long distance trips for a peaceful “rest stop.” Couches in living room are only loveseat sized, not very cushy & less than ideal for larger or taller persons, but not uncomfortable enough to warrant a complaint or deduct from our stay.“
