Room for two on mighty St. Lawrence River with 75 ft of water front.

Welcome to a nice river front getaway 5 minutes East of beautiful Brockville. The room is located at the side of a large walkout bungalow. It is 12 feet by 14 feet space plus the kitchenette area. The kitchenette is equipped with a sink, microwave and fridge. Cooking (BBQ), showering (outdoor shower) and bathrooming (portable private unit) is done outside. There is a covered area by room. There is 75 feet of private shore front for the guests. The water is walk out depth with a river rock bottom. Ask me about possibility of kids before booking please. As you can see from the photo of the room the modern pullout sofa , kitchenette and dresser are still to arrive. Of note, this is a 5.5 acre private parcel well off the highway and neighbours on either side are seldom seen. It is a forested area around the house so chainsaws sometime make their appearance known. And there are boats and regularly ships going by but I guess that is what you are paying for haha! We are a couple of older teachers who live on site and are around to lend a hand but otherwise keep ourselves and have our own shore frontage and dock.
