„This house is so bright and cute! The decorations are sweet and simple. The furniture and household items are modern. The house had no air fresheners or Febreeze smells-THANK YOU!! The coffee/sun room was cozy, the whole house was cozy. The game room was stocked full of fun games for the entire family and the pac man have was awesome! We celebrated a graduation with out of town family so the large dinner table and open areas made it perfect for the family dinner. The house was in a nice quiet ...

„Second time we’ve stayed and enjoyed the well equipped space, easy parking and convenience access, and the hosts were just as great as they were our first go around. Seems to be a regular stay at Cozy Cottage is forming alongside our annual family-athletics traditions. Will see the cottage again next year!“

„The overall stay was not bad. The neighborhood is terrible, the house it self was not terrible either but when I brought us some sanitary issues with the property management he acted like he did not know. I asked for my cleaning fee back that was included in the price with no response back. The communication stopped after the stay was over and nothing being done afterward! Beware of the property is all I have to say.“

„The overall experience was pretty good. If booking just be mindful that the property is in a not as safe area of the neighborhood. Also a thing to keep in mind that it’s a shared property so getting hot tub time might be a challenge if there’s others on the property, and if you have mobility issues with stairs they are super steep just keep that in mind! Over all communication was great! “
