„We checked in Friday afternoon. The process was very smooth and aligned with the instructions we received. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances that we utilized all week. We cooked every meal as the kitchen was great for my bride l niece who is going into her second year of culinary in high school. The bedrooms and bathroom are exactly as pictured. The kids loved the pool table and other games. The view and access to the beach was chef's kiss. “

„Location is awesome. The view is amazing and fairly close to grocery stores and shopping. Attractions close by as well. Oceanfront with beach access steps away. Small issue with keyless entry battery resulting in some stress until rental company helped us enter house. We also thought we had beach equipment rental credit but wasn't given. House was wonderful. „Check in was easy. Actually got in early due to nice adjustment made by owner. Kitchen, family room and decks made large dinners and entertaining easy. Best part of property is the proximity to the beach! Right on it. Really enjoyed the week. “

„We had a great time at this house and it's mostly remodeled. Kitchen is new. Main floor bath needs some updating but overall very nice property. Its located 2 blocks from the beach. There are no beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc), so be prepared to buy or rent if you need those for your stay.For management: the guests before us didnt take their trash out so we had to deal with the smell until our pick up date. „Point of Views was such a delight!! We stayed with 3 other couples- all of us have 2 kids ages 4 and under- and the space very nicely accommodated the 16 of us. The sunset & sunrise views were such a treat, not to mention being able to watch the 4th of July fireworks from the top deck. „Absolutely perfect house and great price!!! 5 minutes walk to the beach, house is clean and three full bathrooms are big and perfect for a week long trip!!! „Absolutely loved the location. Right on the intercoastal. Nothin but birds, cicadas, and the soft flow of the water. We ate outside in the enclosed porch and out by the water. This home is everything they say it is and then some. The Morris Farm was awesome, huge flea market type with outdoor seating shaded and non shaded with live music. I will stay here again! "Awesome stay on the Outer Banks! Very clean appartement with ocean view, everything was good and the appartement had all one could ask for. Specisl mentioning deserves the gully equiped kitchen and the wonderful welcome package. Staff was super friendly especially in the evening st the checkin at the security gate and in tge office at checkout"
