„Outstanding service! We had such a warm welcome by hotel's manager, Tatyana. She made our stay with little kids so much more pleasurable. The hotel went through major renovations: rooms/bathrooms are nice and updated, newly built outdoor swimming pool etc. Adults can relax in Spa (18 ) with two saunas (Finnish and Steam), and their massages are so good. Kids have a dedicated playroom and many outdoor activities (chess etc). Food is also amazing. Highly recommend to everyone!“

„The property itself is pretty and clean. Some of the staff need more training, especially the reception area. It was in disarray when I checked in and also never reachable by phone. The AC in my room didn’t work and then when it worked it wasn’t really functioning properly. The dinner was mediocre. We enjoyed our stay here and we will come back. Two small things to improve: 1. pool time from 9-18 is definitely to short. I want to swim in the morning and not at 9 am. 2. the cocktails ( I tried mojito and aperol) are horrible.
